Personal Fitness

In-Person or virtual options available.  I offer 1-on-1 custom training sessions personalized to fit your needs and achieve your desired fitness goals.

I will teach you how to incorporate strength, cardio, and flexibility to help you burn fat and build muscle.

My “Pain-Free Mobility” warm-up enables you to reduce any pain and stiffness, which will improve range of motion and increase your results!

My main focus is to help you enjoy fitness and get you feeling better and more confident. I am driven to encourage and support in every step along the way!

Location options for in-person are at Spearfish Rec Center.

Health Coaching

After an intake assessment, we can get specialized lab testing, if needed, to help guide your treatment plan. We will then work with my signature “Vibrant Woman” program together to help you make positive, lasting changes in your lifestyle.

Together we will devise a meal plan and regimen that works for your unique lifestyle. Not everybody has time to meal plan, so we will customize an approach that works for your schedule and focuses on your personal wellness goals.

It doesn’t have to be cumbersome to make drastic improvements to your core nutrition. I will provide nutritional education and share an array of approaches to help you tackle stress, autoimmune, energy, and other issues affecting your overall diet choices.

Group Fitness

Working out can be a social thing, and doing something hard with good friends can lighten the mood.

Have you been putting off your personal wellness goals because doing things solo is a challenge?

Join a small group of up to 4 women who are all working towards the same goals – empowering and encouraging each other along the way!

Book a group session and bring along your friends to help motivate and encourage. specialize in Strength and Pain-Free Mobility.
